This means that if you are coMpeting on Friday, you Must check your club in prior to the start of coMpetition. If your club is arriving early enough to make it to check-in on Thursday evening or Friday morning, but not competing until Friday afternoon timed finals, it would be extreMely helpful for everyone if soMeone could swing by the pool and check in ahead of tiMe. That way, when you get to the pool Friday afternoon, you can walk right in and not have to worry about waiting in a much longer check-in line. Check-In Location Check-in will take place in the lobby of McCorkle Aquatic Pavilion. A representative of the club should check in at the designated table just inside the Main entrance. You will receive meet info, deck passes, and other information, as well as your teams designated area on deck or in the stands. After your representative checks in they should guide the reMainder of your club to your club’s designated seating area. See the Map below, where the yellow square indicates the entrance for check in. Signed Waiver Download and print the visiting team assumption of risk waiver. You’ll only need one copy of the waiver, but every single person on your roster/coaching staff must sign it. There are a liMited number of spaces already on the waiver, so please print as many copies of the waiver as necessary so that all of your members sign one. Please Make sure to staple or paperclip all pages together. The Ohio State University requires that signed paper waivers be collected, which is why we are requiring each club to print, sign and present the waiver again at check-in. Payment Please bring a printed copy of your receipt froM paying your swiMMing entry fees through CCS/Club Assistant (the registration software). 3. One Swim Cap Please plan on bringing and turning in a cap with your school’s/club’s logo on it. Latex vs silicone does not matter – also does not have to be a Nationals-specific cap – just needs to represent your club! These will be used to create a national map of all participating club teams. What You’ll Receive at Check-In Check-In Bag Your check-in bag will include all athlete badges, heat sheets, and other Meet- related documents. Please note that you WILL NOT receive these iteMs without turning in your signed club waiver AND proof of payMent. Without athlete badges, your Members will not be allowed on the pool deck for warmups or coMpetition, so make sure you have your payment and waiver ready to go when you arrive! 7 2019 FINIS College Club Swimming National Championship March 29-31, 2019 | McCorkle Aquatic Pavilion | Columbus, OH As per the Meet Packet, each team is required to fill 1 volunteer slot for every 10 athletes, and these volunteers can be parents/fans or coMpeting athletes. Volunteer check-in at the meet will be located in the Wet ClassrooM, located off the pool deck by the scoring table. If a parent is volunteering, please have theM report to the admissions table, where they can be directed to the Wet ClassrooM.
