The statistics must be gathered from campus police or security, local law enforcement, and other University officials who have “significant responsibility for student and campus activities”; • Provide “timely warning” notices for any Clery Act crime that represents an ongoing threat to the safety of students or employees; • Issue an emergency notification upon the confirmation of a significant emergency or dangerous situation involving an immediate threat to the health or safety of students or employees occurring on the campus; • Disclose in a public crime log “any crime that occurred on campus…or within the patrol jurisdiction of the campus police or the campus security department and is reported to the campus police or security department”; • Maintain in a public fire log a record of any fire that occurred in an on-campus student housing facility. • Disclose missing student notification procedures that pertain to students residing in an on-campus student housing facility • Disclose fire safety information related to an on-campus student housing facility. • Provide educational programs and campaigns to promote the awareness of dating violence, domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking; provide primary prevention and awareness programs to all incoming students and new employees; and provide ongoing prevention and awareness campaigns for students and employees. • Disclose procedures for institutional disciplinary action in cases of dating violence, domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking. The Higher Education Opportunity Act and the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act (The Clery Act) requires higher education institutions to collect, report and disseminate reported crime data and information and fire statistics to the campus community,
