EnGFReF: TTRO 20-150 03 THE BOROUGH OF NORTH EAST LINCOLNSHIRE THE NORTH EAST LINCOLNSHIRE BOROUGH COUNCIL (VARIOUS STREETS IMMINGHAM AND STALLINGBOROUGH – TTRO 20-150) (TEMPORARY CLEARWAY) ORDER 2020 WHEREAS the North East Lincolnshire Borough Council (hereinafter referred to as "the Council"), the Highway Authority is satisfied that a ‘Clearway’ restriction be imposed by reason of ensuring the safety of all users of the highway, from 00:01hrs Wednesday 13 January 2021 on the roads detailed in Schedule 1. NOW THEREFORE the Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) (b) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991 and of all powers them enabling in that behalf hereby make the following Order: 1. Temporary ‘Clearway’ to ensure the safety of all users of the highway on the roads detailed in Schedule 1. 2. The Interpretation Act 1978 shall apply in the interpretation of the Order as it applies to the interpretation of an Act of Parliament. 3. The Order will come into operation on Wednesday 13 January 2021 and shall continue for a period of eighteen months unless extended by Order of the Secretary of State for Transport. 4. Exemptions to the order include emergency vehicles; Fire, Police, Ambulance and Coastguard. Local Authority Vehicles and Contractor Vehicles. 5. The Order may be cited as "The North East Lincolnshire Borough Council Various Streets Immingham and Stallingborough TTRO 20-150 (Temporary Clearway) Order 2020".
