Dr. Diane Reinhard named new President Dr. Diane L. Reinhard became the 14th president of Clarion University on June 1, 1990. Formerly dean of the Col­ lege of Human Resources and Education at West Virginia University, Reinhard was appointed president by the State System of Higher Education Board of Governors at a meeting on April 19. She also served as acting president of West Virginia University from July 1985 through April 1986. "I think the future of Clarion Univer­ sity is very bright," said the new president.
