Coordinates: 34°40′46″N 135°36′03″E Higashiōsaka 東大阪市 Higashiōsaka ( Higashiōsaka-shi, literally "East Higashiōsaka Osaka City") is a city located in Osaka Prefecture, Japan. The 東大阪市 city is known as one of the industrial cities of Japan and "the rugby football town".
