This protein can activate small GTPases, including RAS and RAP1/RAS3. The nucleotide exchange activity of this protein can be stimulated by calcium and diacylglycerol. Four alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding two different isoforms have been found for this gene. [provided by RefSeq, Jan 2016] Protein Pathways: Chemokine signaling pathway, MAPK signaling pathway Product images: Coomassie blue staining of purified RASGRP2 protein (Cat# TP317525). The protein was produced from HEK293T cells transfected with RASGRP2 cDNA clone (Cat# [RC217525]) using MegaTran 2.0 (Cat# [TT210002]). This product is to be used for laboratory only. Not for diagnostic or therapeutic use. ©2021 OriGene Technologies, Inc., 9620 Medical Center Drive, Ste 200, Rockville, MD 20850, US 2 / 2.
