A few highlights of the year included City Hall the grand opening of the East Lansing Technology Innovation 410 Abbot Road Center above Barnes & Noble Booksellers in downtown, the early completion of the Abbot/ East Lansing, MI 48823 Chandler Road reconstruction project north of Lake Lansing Road and the dedication of downtown East Lansing’s first green roof above the City-owned parking structure of the Albert Place Condominiums.
