Dr. Wahidin Raya No.1 Jakarta 10710 Indonesia Agreement between the Republic of Indonesia and the Public Disclosure Authorized Amendment to the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, as Trustee of the Trust Fund for the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (MTO No. 069001) We refer to the Agreement between the Republic of Indonesia (the "Donor") and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the "IBRD"), as Trustee of the Trust Fund for the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (the "Trust Fund") effective October 6, 2010 (the -Agreement"). Pursuant to recent discussion between the Donor, the Global Fund and the IBRD, the parties propose to amend the Agreement as follows: Public Disclosure Authorized I. The Donor and the IBRD agree to add the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (the "Global Fund") as a party to the Agreement. 2. Paragraph 2 of the Agreement is deleted in its entirety and replaced by the following: "The Donor shall pay the Contribution in thirteen semi-annual installments. Each installment represents amounts in USD equal to 50% of certain USD principal and interest payments; and in Euro equal to 50% of the total Euro principal and interest payments, as prescribed by the Debt2Health Swap Arrangement (described below), using the USD and Euro foreign exchange reference rates of the Reserve Bank of Australia on the day that such payment is made. The Donor shall pay each installment not later than I and June 1 of each year, commencing on December 1, 2010." Public Disclosure Authorized December 3. Paragraph 4 of the Agreement is deleted in its entirety and replaced by the following: "The Donor understands and agrees that IBRD shall administer the Contribution in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Amended and Restated Trust Fund Agreement dated as of March 7, 2014 between the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria and International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, as Trustee of the Trust Fund (the "Trust Fund Agreement") and acknowledges that the Donor has received a copy of the Trust Fund Agreement." All other terms of the Agreement shall remain in the same. The IBRD will disclose this Amendment and related information on this Trust Fund in accordance with the World Bank Policy on Access to Information. By entering into this Amendment, the Donor and the Global Fund consent to such disclosure. This letter shall, upon your confirmation in the manner indicated below, constitute an Amendment among the Donor, the Global Fund and the IBRD.
