Those consultancy services include the gathering and impartial review of cultural knowledge of relevant Aboriginal individuals and communities and groups affected by the proponent’s development. Pro Bono Services While undertaking this assessment, Connect for Effect has also given pro bono assistance to a number of organisations, individuals and groups who have been consulted with during this assessment. This pro bono assistance is provided to build capacity of people to participate in processes and opportunities afforded to them, to support inclusion and the advancement of Aboriginal people and the healing of communities and families. It is not intended to have any detrimental effect on the rights of any other person or organisation. Connect for Effect does not have any vested interests in any Native Title claims put forward by any individuals in the communities in which it consults.
