MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE PLANNING & LICENSING COMMITTEE OF AYLESBURY TOWN COUNCIL HELD IN THE TOWN HALL, 5 CHURCH STREET, AYLESBURY ON MONDAY 25th FEBRUARY 2019 AT 7.00 p.m. Present: Councillors: R.
