From the CE, PR, A.P., Lr.No.AEE/DEE2/CE(PR)/TSP works/ ITDA (PTG – Chenchu, Srisailam/2016-17, Dt.23.11.2016 <<>> O R D E R: In the reference 1st read above, the Nodal Agency for Tribal Sub Plan (TSP) in its 14th meeting held on 07.09.2016, among other things has agreed to sanction “providing CC roads to Chenchugudems with an estimated cost of Rs.2564.67 lakh in Kurnool, Prakasam and Guntur Districts which was submitted by the Project Officer, ITDA, Srisailam. 2. In pursuance to the above minutes, in the reference 2nd read above, the Chief Engineer, Panchayat Raj Engineering Department, Andhra Pradesh, Vijayawada has submitted a proposal for “providing CC roads to Chenchugudems with a total estimate cost of Rs.2564.67 lakh in Kurnool, Prakasam and Guntur Districts of ITDA, Srisailam, under the APRIs for CRR (TSP) Grant for 2016-17 and requested to accord administrative sanction accordingly. 3. Government, after examination of the proposal, hereby accord administrative sanction for 310 number of “providing CC roads to Chenchugudems with an estimated cost of Rs.2564.67 lakh (Rupees Two thousand five hundred sixty four lakh and sixty seven thousand only) in Kurnool, Prakasam and Guntur Districts of ITDA, Srisailam mentioned in Annexure appended to this order under the APRIs for CRR (TSP) Grant for 2016-17 with the following Head of Account as per applicability, subject to the general conditions/norms stipulated by the Government from time to time: HEAD OF ACCOUNT: MJH 2515 MH 796 Tribal Area Sub-Plan. GH 11 Normal State Plan SH (05) Assistance to Panchayat Raj Institutions for Construction of Rural Roads. 310 Grants-in-Aid 319 Grants for Creation of Capital Assets 4. The Superintending Engineers, Panchayat Raj, concerned should check and verify that the work sanctioned in Para three (3) above are not already sanctioned/grounded/semi finished under any other grants. Any discrepancy noticed is to be brought to the notice of the higher authority immediately who shall inform to Government for further necessary action. The above instructions shall be followed scrupulously. If such works as sanctioned in this GO are already grounded etc., they shall be deemed to have been cancelled automatically and the same shall be informed to Government immediately for taking further necessary action. 5. The Chief Engineer, Panchayat Raj, Andhra Pradesh, Vijayawada shall take further necessary action in the matter accordingly and submit Utilization Certificates, to Government soon after completion of the works within the stipulated time. 6.
