Restaurant Spotlight – Sabores Boutique Cafe One of the most talked-about subjects in our Facebook group is restaurants. So MIC's Economic Development Committee decided to visit Mableton restaurants periodically, and provide some basic information about them -- or in other words, "shine a spotlight" on the restaurants in our community. MIC does not endorse the restaurants; the Spotlight exists simply to introduce Mabletonians to restaurants in Mableton. SABORES BOUTIQUE CAFE Type of food: Puerto Rican flair (authentic Puerto Rican dishes!) but the menu varies with daily specials and seasonal availability. Pastries are made from scratch daily. Mainly take out but can seat about 15 people. Perfect for solo dining, breakfast, lunch dates or very small casual meetings. Some of the daily specials have included Jamaican, Italian, and Chinese dishes. The day we went the menu items were Puerto Rican. Call ahead or check their facebook site for the daily special.
