ORDER Sub section (1) of section 11 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) provides for the constitution of local planning authority after the declaration of a local planning area under section 10 of the said Act. 2. In the Government order first read above, the Government have constituted the local planning authority for Gummidipoondi local planning area under sub-section (1) of section 11 of the said Act, consisting of Chairman and Member Secretary. 3. In the letter 2nd read above, the Commissioner of Town and Country Planning has sent a proposal to Government for appointment of members for the Gummidipoondi local planning authority under section 11 (3) (b) (ii) and 11 (3) (c) of the said Act. 4. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (ii) of clause (b) of sub-section (3) of section 11 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby appoints the following persons as members of the Gummidipoondi local planning authority, namely:- 1. Thiru Y. Sureshrajiv, S/o. Y. Sengalrajiv, Gummidipoondi Panchayat Union Councillor, S.R. Kandikai Village & post, Gummidipoondi Taluk, Tiruvallur District-601 201. -2- 2. Thiru V. Dhayalan, Gummidipoondi Panchayat Union Councillor, S/o. Thiru Vajjiram, Arani (po), Gummidipoondi Taluk-601 101. 3. Thiru V.Muthukumaran, S/o. M.
