STATUTORY INSTRUMENTS 2000 No. 57 EDUCATION, ENGLAND The Education (Funding for Teacher Training) Designation Order 2000 Made - - - - 12th January 2000 Laid before Parliament 14th January 2000 Coming into force - - 7th February 2000 In exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by section 4(2) of the Education Act 1994(1), the Secretary of State for Education and Employment hereby makes the following Order: 1. This Order may be cited as the Education (Funding for Teacher Training) Designation Order 2000 and shall come into force on 7th February 2000. 2.
