Salad Dressing Recipes Dairy-Free Caesar Dressing Red Wine and Lemon Author: Leanne Vogel Vinaigrette Ingredients Ingredients -1/4 cup MCT oil -1/4 cup of red wine vinegar -1/4 cup light flavored extra-virgin olive oil or avocado -2 tbsps minced shallots oil -2 tbsps walnut oil -50 grams anchovy filets, about 8 fillets -Stevia to taste -2 tbsps mayonnaise of your choice -1 tbsp fresh lemon juice -2 tbsps lemon juice -1/2 tsp salt -1 tbsp Dijon mustard -1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper -1 tbsp white wine vinegar -2 cloves garlic Instructions -Pinch Himalayan rock salt -Ground pepper, to taste 1.) Combine all ingredients, stirring with a whisk. Store in refrigerator for up to 1 week. Instructions 1.) Add all ingredients to the jug of your high- powered blender and blend on high for 1 Japanese-Style Sesame Ginger minute, until smooth. Dressing 2.) Transfer to an airtight container, a mason jar would be perfect and store for up to 5 days. Ingredients 3.) When serving, dust the salad with a touch of -2 ½ tbsps soy sauce nutritional yeast, it’s delicious! -2 tbsps sesame tahini If you do not wish to use MCT oil, additional olive oil can -1/2 tbsp rice vinegar be used or flaxseed oil would be great too! -¾ tsp sesame oil -1/4 tsp ground ginger -2 tbsps water -2 ½ tbsps olive oil Classic Vinaigrette -1-2 tbsps granular Splenda or stevia to taste Ingredients Instructions -2 tbsps red wine vinegar 1.) Whisk everything well in a small bowl, store in -2 tsp Dijon mustard the refrigerator and stir well before serving. -1/2 tsp salt and pepper to taste -1/3-1/2 cup of olive oil Instructions 1.) Whisk all but olive oil together then after well blended, whisk in olive oil. © Copyright, 2019 Zesty Keto Italian Dressing Roasted Garlic Vinaigrette Dry Herb Mix Ingredients -1/4 cup of oregano -1 head of garlic -1/4 cup celtic sea salt -2 tbsps red wine vinegar -2 tbsps parsley -2 tsp Dijon mustard -2 tbsps garlic powder -1/2 tsp salt and pepper to taste -2 tbsps onion powder -1/3-1/2 cup of olive oil -2 tsps basil -2 tsps pepper Instructions Italian Dressing Ingredients 1.) Slice the top off 1 head of garlic, drizzle with -1 cup olive oil olive oil and roast at 400 degrees F until tender -1/2 cup apple cider vinegar (35 minutes). -Stevia to taste (optional) 2.) Cool, then squeeze out the cloves, add the -1 tbsp above dry mix roasted garlic to the classic vinaigrette recipe provided, and blend. Instructions 1.) Mix all the dry ingredients in a small bowl. Warm Bacon Dressing 2.) Pour all dressing ingredients into a beaker or a Ingredients jar, add dry mix and let set. 3.) Longer it sets the better. -3 tbsp bacon grease -1 tbsp Dijon mustard -1 tbsp red wine vinegar Super Salad Dressing -Salt and pepper -1 tsp chopped shallots Author: Ken Leonardo -1/4 tsp sweetener (optional) Instructions Ingredients Prepare dressing by mixing vinegar and mustard -1/2 cup MCT oil -4 tbsps coconut vinegar or apple cider vinegar together with a whisk. Add the other half of the cooked -Stevia to taste shallots and whisk. Add sweetener if desired. Drizzle in -1/2 tsp fish sauce the warm bacon grease while whisking.
