His off- broadway credits include The Submission (mcc theater), The Bacchae (public theater), craig Lucas’s The Singing Forest and Prayer for My Enemy (obie Award), and the public theater’s revival of Hair . in London’s West end, he appeared in Deathtrap (noël coward theatre). mr. groff’s regional theater credits include Red (mark taper Forum). on television, he has appeared in Boss , Glee , The Good Wife , and One Life to Live . mr. groff’s film credits include Hbo’s upcoming The Normal Heart , Frozen , C.O.G. , The Conspirator , Twelve Thirty , and Taking Woodstock. Mary-Mitchell Campbell (musical director and piano) was recently seen conducting and playing for carole king, Alicia keys, and katy perry at the Dolby theatre in Los Angeles alongside Quincy Jones. Her new york credits include Company (Drama Desk Award for outstanding orchestrations), The Addams Family , Carrie , Hello Again (Drama Desk nomination for outstanding orchestrations) , In Transit , Sweeney Todd , Road Show , Next to Normal (second stage theatre), First Lady Suite , and Sweet Charity (Lincoln center theater ). ms. campbell’s regional credits include Little House on the Prairie (guthrie 7 theater) and 3hree (prince music theater ). internationally, she has worked on Grace, the Musical (with cy coleman in Amsterdam) and Green Violin (st. petersburg). she recorded As I Am with kristin chenoweth . in addition to her musical career, ms. campbell is passionate about arts education and poverty reduction and is the founder of Artists striving to end poverty (Astep); learn more at asteponline.org. she has been featured on the television show Giving and was named ny1’s new yorker of the Week for her philanthropic work. she has served on the faculties of nyu, boston college , and the Juilliard school . ms. camp bell holds degrees from Furman university and north carolina school of the Arts. guitarist Jim hershman has cast a wide net in his career as a professional musician. He has performed with such diverse artists and ensembles as Lee konitz, the clayton-Hamilton Jazz orchestra, steve swallow, Jon Hendricks, the Los Angeles philharmonic, billy porter, patti Lupone, kristin chenoweth, and many others. in 2005 mr. Hershman released his third cD as a leader, Partners in Crime , which features longtime clayton- Hamilton Jazz orchestra bandmates bill cunliffe on Hammond b-3 organ and Jeff Hamilton on drums. His other releases as a leader include Small Talk with bassist eric von essen and 342 featuring Lee konitz, scott colley, and kenny Wollesen. mr. Hershman has performed in the east room of the White House, with various symphony orchestras, and in many broadway 8 shows. He lives and works in new york city. mr. Hershman plays guitars made by roger borys, greg brandt, and taylor, and he uses D’Addario strings exclusively. Larry Lelli (drums) is a veteran broadway drummer and conductor, with a resume surpassing 30 shows. He most recently served as assistant conductor/drummer for A Christmas Story with Dan Lauria and How to Succeed in Business… with Daniel rad cliffe. Additional broadway credits include assistant conductor/drummer for The Pro ducers , drummer/percussionist for Assass ins , and onstage drummer/actor/bandleader/ contractor for Million Dollar Quartet . mr. Lelli has recorded and/or performed live with melissa etheridge, Josh groban, bernadette peters, nick Jonas, patti Lupone, nathan Lane, marin mazzie, tom Wopat, Jason Danieley, Audra mcDonald, Anika noni rose, gavin creel, Vanessa Williams, Joel grey, tony Danza, matthew broderick, Jane krakowski, Darlene Love, AbbA, the mamas and the papas, new york phil harmonic, and the Jimmy Dorsey big band, among others. Designed to highlight and affirm the creative mastery of America’s songwriters from their emergence at the turn of the 19th century up through the present, American songbook spans all styles and 9 genres, from the form’s early roots in tin pan Alley and broadway to the eclecticism of today’s singer-songwriters. American songbook also showcases the outstanding interpreters of popular song, including established and emerging concert, cabaret, theater, and songwriter performers. Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, Inc. Lincoln center for the performing Arts (LcpA) serves three primary roles: presenter of artistic programming, national leader in arts and education and community relations, and manager of the Lincoln center campus.
