The anticipated award date is September 2020. USAID anticipates awarding one contract conducted under full and open competition procedures, pursuant to Part 15 of the FAR (48 CFR Chapter 1). USAID encourages offerors to express interest in this solicitation by submitting a proposal in accordance with the instructions set forth in Section L, “Instructions to Offerors.” USAID will evaluate the responsive proposals in accordance with the evaluation factors provided in Section M, “Evaluation Factors for Award” hereunder. USAID encourages the participation to the maximum extent possible of U.S. small businesses (SB) in this activity as prime or subcontractors in accordance with Part 19 of the FAR. Also, please note that the geographic code is 935, which allows participation in this procurement from any area or country except from prohibited sources.
