This is not a complete search of all ICD-10-CA codes. 3. If you do not receive a match in the Diagnosis field search, click the Elliptical tool to open the Select disease code window in order to search the entire ICD-10-CA list. 4. Enter the diagnosis criteria into the Look for field and click Search. Select the diagnosis code from the list and click OK to populate the Diagnosis field in the Contact Properties window. NOTE: When searching with the ICD-10 alphanumerical code, be sure to is capital letter, example R51 not r51. You can also use % for wild card searches, enter R70% to find all codes within this range. 5. Select the Add to Problem List checkbox to add the problem to the patient’s Problem List, click OK.
