cultural and economic characteristics of the potential project affected area through second source reviews and field investigation ・ To evaluate the significance of potential adverse and beneficial impacts which could affect to the proposed project area by project activities of transmission line and substations construction and operation of the project ・ To understand the past and current history of lands to be acquired and identify the loss of assets by projects activities ・ To adopt effective mitigation measures
