SHORT BIO Dr. Renfu Luo is an Associate Professor with Tenure at the China Center for Agricultural Policy (CCAP), School of Advanced Agricultural Science, Peking University. For about 15 years, his research has been concentrated on policy relevant studies on rural public goods provision and local governance, the nutrition health, education and development of children in poor rural China. He has published about 110 papers both domestically and internationally, more than half of which in SCI/SSCI listed journals. He has been included in Elsevier’s 2014, 2015 and 2016 Most Cited Chinese Researchers in the category of Social Sciences in China. Based on the empirical and actions researches (RCTs), he has presented more than 20 policy briefs to the Central government, of these 16 policy reports/briefs have been signed by the national leader.
