This charter may be referred to as the Milwaukie charter of 1975. Section 2. NAME OF CITY. The municipality of Milwaukie, Clackamas County, Oregon, continues under this charter to be a municipal corporation with the name "City of Milwaukie." Section 3. BOUNDARIES. The city includes all territory encompassed by its boundaries as they now exist or hereafter are modified pursuant to state law. The custodian of the city's records shall keep an accurate, current description of the boundaries and make a copy of it available for public inspection in the city during regular city office hours.
