RULES MADE BY THE HIGH COMMISSIONER IN COUNCIL UNDER SECTION 4, IN EXERCISE of the powers vested in him by section 4 of the Ports Ordinance, the High Commissioner in Council has made the Cap. 114. following rules :— 1. These rules may be cited as the Port of Haifa (Mooring, Citation. Berthage and Wharfage Dues) (iimendment) Rules, 1947, and shall be read and construed as one with the Port of Haifa (Moor• Laws of Pal., ing, Berthage and Wharfage Dues) Rules, hereinafter referred to p. 1988. as ' 'the principal rules''. 2. IN EXERCISE of the powers vested in him by sections 4 and 17(1) of the Ports Ordinance, the High Commissioner in Council has Cap.114. made the following rules :— 1. These rules may be cited as the Port of Haifa (Small Craft Citation. Moorings) Rules, 1947. 2. In these rules — Interpretation. (i) "Harbour" means such part of the waters of the Port of Haifa as is enclosed by the main and lee breakwaters. (ii) "Small Craft" means any tug, launch, barge, lighter, coastal or fishing vessel, rowing boat, sailing boat or similar craft, not being a vessel referred to in paragraphs (a) and (b) of subrule (1) of rule 3 of the Port of Haifa (Mooring, Berth• Laws' oj Pal., age and Wharfage Dues) Rules. p. 1988. 3.
