STATUTORY INSTRUMENTS 2009 No. 1973 GOVERNMENT RESOURCES AND ACCOUNTS The Whole of Government Accounts (Designation of Bodies) Order 2009 Made - - - - 20th July 2009 Laid before Parliament 21st July 2009 Coming into force - - 11th August 2009 The Treasury make this Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 10(1) of the Government Resources and Accounts Act 2000(a). In accordance with section 10(7) of that Act the Treasury have consulted the Welsh Ministers where they have thought it appropriate. Title and commencement 1. This Order may be cited as The Whole of Government Accounts (Designation of Bodies) Order 2009 and shall come into force on 11th August 2009. Designation 2. The bodies listed in the Schedule to this Order are designated in respect of the financial year ending on 31st March 2009 for the purposes of section 10 of the Government Resources and Accounts Act 2000.
