At the Start up Meeting the parties will jointly verified the nature and the quantity of the works to be carried out in order to ascertain that the figures included in the Tender are corresponding to the Site Information for Construction of Isolation Unit and Screening Unit LOT IU 4 – Page 3 of 4 actual situation. In case of relevant discrepancies the parties will agree an amendment to the contract to cope with the changed scope.
