Heather A. Levasseur, AWMA®, RP® Financial Advisor In The Office Heather joined The Dexter Group of Wells Fargo Advisors in 2016 as a Financial Advisor with a background in team management, marketing and experience with client budgeting and investment planning. Her career in the financial services industry began in 1994 as a Client Associate at Smith Barney in Shrewsbury, New Jersey. After relocating to Maine in 1996, she accepted a position with Merrill Lynch. Then, in 2007, Heather joined Wachovia Securities, a predecessor firm of Well Fargo Advisors and has recently transitioned into her current role. Heather graduated from the University of Maine with a Bachelor’s Degree and currently holds both an Accredited Wealth Management AdvisorSM designation, and a Registered ParaplannerSM designation through the College for Financial Planning. Heather’s commitment to clients is to help ensure that they are organized and confident when it comes to their financial health. She takes the time to understand each client’s individual situation in order to create a plan that will assist them in working toward their goals. In The Community Heather and her husband, Michael, met while they were both serving in the U. S. Navy and have been married for over 25 years. Originally from Missouri, Heather moved to Michael’s home town of Saco to settle down and raise a family. They have two wonderful sons, Brett and Thomas. Brett is currently serving in the U. S. Army, and their younger son, Thomas, is involved in ice hockey and lacrosse at Thornton Academy. The entire family enjoys volunteering with the TA Hockey Boosters. Heather is a member of Saco Bay Rotary Club and presents workshops on Fundamentals of Investing in local Adult Education Programs. She enjoys running and biking and walking her dog, Louie.
