Guelph Brewery & Wood-fired Pizza Tour Full Immersive Experience We love Italian food culture and anything local that pairs well with Italian food is worth a visit, a taste and celebrating! Guelph, Ontario is one of Canada’s original “Beer towns”... with award winning beer being produced here as early as 1834 and now with 5 commercial brewers all located in this picturesque, Southern Ontario City, I call home! The local breweries along with the local food producers are the backbone of this tour. You will learn about small, craft beer production and sample many different types of Craft Beer. But, you will also learn to make an amazing antipasto platter with locally produced products. Learn how a Pizzaiolo bakes a pizza in an authentic, Italian, wood-fired oven and finally the secrets to authentic,Sicilian cannoli! Join us for this one day local event, it’s going to be delicious! These experiences will be limited to just 8 guests per class. What's Included Luxury coach pick up & drop off at 4 stops throughout Guelph provided by Red Car Services How to build a charcuterie board! Local salumi, cheese & bread with our first, 4 x 4oz craft beer flight at Brother’s Brewing. See a local Pizzaiolo bake your authentic, Italian wood-fired pizza & learn all the tricks! Enjoy a pizzetta with a choice of salad or soup, plus a 12 oz glass of local craft beer or a non-alcoholic drink at Buon Gusto Restaurant. Brewery tour and 4 x 4oz craft beer flight at Wellington Brewery. Enjoy a freshly filled Sicilian cannoli provided by Sweet Temptations and 4 x 4oz craft beer flight at Fixed Gear Brewery. Natalina’s Kitchen branded bag to carry your purchases. Hosted by Natalina, running food tours since 2015. Here is the order of events: 11:00am sharp pick up at Natalinas Kitchen, North Guelph (address provided). 11:25am Pick up in front of Bishop Macdonell High School, South Guelph. 11:40am Pick up in Stone Road Mall parking lot (lot corner of Stone Rd & Edinburgh Rd. is the meeting place) 11:50am Drop off or meet at Brother’s Brewing, downtown Guelph, antipasto & beer tasting 4 x 4 oz flight. 12:30pm Walk to Buon Gusto Restaurant, lunch with beer and wood-fired pizza demo. 2:00pm Coach picks us up and takes us to Wellington Brewery for Tour & Tasting, 4 x 4oz beer flight. 3:20pm Coach picks us up and takes us to Fixed Gear Brewery for our final 4 x 4oz beer flight. Sweet Temptations delivers our Sicilian cannoli to be enjoyed here or to go. 4:30-5:15pm Drop offs at Bishop Macdonell HS/Stone Road Mall/Downtown Guelph Bus Terminal and Natalina’s Kitchen, in that order. * This tour is for people the legal drinking age only, vendors may ask for identification. **No open beer or liquor is allowed on the coach and we recommend arranging a ride home from your drop off point/ taking public transit or walking. We can assist with calling taxis in advance of your stop. .
