The Mystic Isle Memorial Trophy Rules It is the responsibility of the person receiving the trophy to take the following actions, all at the person’s expense: • Sign the form that stays with the club records The Mystic Isle Memorial Trophy is awarded to the Rhodesian • Return the trophy for the following year’s trials. Dogs that are Disqualified, Dismissed or Excused AFTER the preliminary run will also be counted. Dogs that win a stake will receive one point for each dog entered in the stake subject to the exclusions listed above. Placing dogs will receive the same number of points as the stake winner minus the number of dogs finishing ahead of them in the stake. Dogs that qualify but do not place will also be counted as above for placing dogs. However, ties will receive the lesser number of dogs defeated for the number of tied dogs. IF THERE IS A TIE, THERE WILL BE A RUNOFF TO DETERMINE THE WINNER FOLLOWING BEST IN FIELD ON SUNDAY. The trophy will be presented during the ribbon’s ceremony at the Sunday trial.
