Natural Landscaping Fall 2017 Course Course Schedule CLASS DATE, TIME, LOCATION Session 1: Introduction, Site Analysis Tuesday, Oct. 3, 6:00-8:30pm River Center, Sequim Session 2: Field Trip – Native Plant Communities Saturday, Oct. 7, 1:00-4:00 Dungeness Recreation Area Session 3: Designing with Natural Landscaping Principles Tuesday, Oct. 10, 6:00-8:30pm River Center, Sequim Session 4: Field Trip – Cultivated Natural Landscapes Saturday, Oct. 14, 1:00-3:00pm Sequim Session 5: Planting & Maintenance, plus Special Topics Tuesday, Oct. 17, 6:00-8:30pm River Center, Sequim Session 6: Field Trip – Cultivated Natural Landscapes Saturday, Oct. 21, 1:00-3:00pm & Stormwater Management Peninsula College Campus Course Overview Natural Landscaping Course participants will learn how to evaluate the unique site conditions of their properties, develop landscape plans and identify plants appropriate for those conditions, and develop strategies for implementing their plans.
