HOFSTRA COACH TOM RYAN: Tom Ryan is in his 11th season as Hofstra Head Wrestling Coach. During that time he has rebuilt the Pride into a Top 20 caliber program. He recorded his 100th career coaching victory on December 11, 2005 in the Pride’s 36-9 win over Columbia. He now has a 108-79-1 record at Hofstra but has posted a 101-55-1 mark during the past seven seasons. Ryan has received the conference Coach of the Year award seven times, including six straight times dating back to 2000, and has won five consecutive conference HOFSTRA UNIVERSITY championships.
