Located within the historic Kingsbury Watermill on the River Ver next to Verulamium Park, we specialise in savoury and sweet Belgian waffles. Our food is freshly prepared to order from the best quality ingredients including local organic produce. We are open every day and have established a loyal following from diners who love waffles and create a great atmosphere in our busy 120+ covers restaurant. You’ll need to be a fast-paced worker with an eye for detail and the ability to support our kitchen of up to nine staff by working quickly and efficiently. Your role will include pot and dish washing, general cleaning, vegetable preparation and assisting our chefs. You’ll be trained in all areas of our operations, and be able to learn quickly and articulate clearly. Previous experience in a busy high- volume kitchen would be great, but if you’ve got the right attitude, enthusiasm and ability, we can do the rest.
