Organizers – Ministry of Sport and Youth of Georgia and Georgian chess federation. 2. Tournaments : - A Open tournament for any player (Fide rating 2001 and more ) - B Open tournament for any player (Fide rating 2000 and under and without rating) - Boys under – 12 (born after 1 January, 2002) - Girls under – 12 (born after 1 January, 2002) - Boys under – 10 (born after 1 January, 2004) - Girls under – 10 (born after 1 January, 2004) - Boys under – 8 (born after 1 January, 2006) - Girls under – 8 (born after 1 January, 2006) 3. Mode – 9 rounds, Swiss system. - A and B Open tournament: The time limit is 40 moves in 90 minutes, then 30 minutes for the rest of the game. An increment of 30 seconds per move, starting from 1 move will be added after each move. - Youth tournaments: 90 minutes for each players plus 30 seconds per move starting from the first move. 4.
