PETITION FOR ENFORCEMENT OF SLAYER RULE ON TYKA NELSON Pursuit of MS. Sect. 524.3- 71 5(1 8) 5242—803 (a) The undersigned Petitioner Jennifer J effers (the “Petitioner”), hereby states: 1. Petitioner is an interested person Petitioner is Decedent Prince Rogers Nelson’s, person he contacted the night he died and asked her to fight for him and defend his estate from his sister Tyka. 2. The Decedent was born on June 7, 1958 in Minneapolis, State of Minnesota. 3. The Decedent died on April 21, 2016 in Chanhassen, State of Minnesota. 4. At the time of death, the Decedent was domiciled in Carver County, State of Minnesota, at 7801 Audubon Road, Chanhassen, Minnesota, 55317. 5. All persons described as heirs have survived the Decedent by at least 120 hours. 6. Tyka Nelson knew of Decedent testamentary documents and information, and had knowledge that Decedent desired to leave a large portion of his estate to Jennifer J effers, aka Linda Sue. 7. On the evening of April 20, 2016, Decedent contacted Jennifer J effers and said RECEIVEfiSiSter Tyka Nelson and her husband Maurice Phillips attacked him, by forcing pills in JAN 2 O 2017 COURT ADMINISTRATiw’Ij-M 1/24/2017 4:21 PM Scanned by Carver County Court Administration his throat and stripping him naked, subsequently bruising his face, and scratching his torso. 8. Petitioner heard what Decedent described as Tyka Nelson and Maurice Phillips, in the house after he was attacked. 9. Decedent informed Jennifer J effers that Kirk Johnson “betrayed him” informed Tyka Nelson of Decedents intentions and showed her a document showing said intentions. 10. Tyka Nelson and Kirk Johnson may not have been forthright about the time they last saw the Decedent, because the said telephone contact occurred earlier in the evening. 11. The calls to medical professionals were to mask a plan to cover up the death of the Decedent and were made after his demise. 12. As soon as Jennifer J effers realized what happened and the gravity of the situation Petitioner reported her information to multiple agencies, and including the attorneys representing the Tyka Nelson, the Courts, Police, FBI, and others. WHEREF ORE, Petitioner requests the order of the Court to enforce the Slayer Rule and omit Tyka Nelson from benefiting from her contribution to the demise of her brother. 1. Finding the Decedent is dead; 2.
