Mr Sanjay pathak was so adamant that we just fell into the trap.at first he told us that we have to pay only 9 or 10 lacks and the rest will be financed.moreover he projected that one shud have a permanent place at a hill station and so and so.we paid him around 8 lacs but then these guys showed their true colours.he told us that that finance is not possible since we were from U.P.and to add he told us that we will have to pay 7k for maintenance monthly apart from the cost.we should inform at least a week before our visit and also we can visit 3 times only in a year.he also told us that we can take our money back if not agreeing.
