DE MICHELIS No C 186/4 Official Journal of the European Communities 27. 7. 90 COUNCIL DECISION of 16 July 1990 appointing a member and an alternate member of the Advisory Committee on Pharmaceutical Training (90/C 186/02) THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, Having regard to Council Decision 85/434/EEC of 16 September 1985 setting up an Advisory Committee on Pharmaceutical Training (*), and in particular Articles 3 and 4 thereof, Whereas, by its Decision of 14 October 1988 (2), the Council appointed Mr Joaquin BONAL DE FALGAS a member for the period ending on 13 October 1991; Whereas on 19 June 1990 the Spanish Government nominated Mr Ignacio LOBATO CASADO to replace Mr Joaquin BONAL DE FALGAS; Whereas, by its Decision of 27 February 1989 (3), the Council appointed Mr Julian SANCHEZ SOBRINO an alternate member for the period ending on 13 October 1991; Whereas on 19 June 1990 the Spanish Government nominated Mr Antonio GARCIA INESTA to replace Mr Julian SANCHEZ SOBRINO, HAS DECIDED AS FOLLOWS: Article 1 Mr Ignacio LOBATO CASADO is hereby appointed a member of the Advisory Committee on Pharmaceutical Training to replace Mr Joaquin BONAL DE FALGAS for the remainder of his term of office, which runs until 13 October 1991.
