Advice for Spectators We like to encourage spectators along the route to cheer on our runners. However, the mere geography of the course can make this very difficult. If you are planning to watch the race, please make sure to be at your location in plenty of time and try to avoid driving on the course when you are likely to encounter large numbers of runners. When planning your vantage point, it is worth remembering that the Llanberis Pass will be closed from 10:00am until about midday (it is a rolling closure following the last runner). There is also diversion in place in Waunfawr and the Llanberis High Street is closed from Capel Coch road to the bypass for the duration of the race. There are a number of cafes and pubs around the route that might be good spectator locations.
