The Jackrabbits also were ranked fourth in the preseason coaches’ poll conducted by the American Football Coaches Association. After the first full week of action, the Jackrabbits maintained their No. 3 ranking in the STATS FCS media poll, while moving up one spot to third in the coaches’ poll. SDSU has now appeared in the top 25 of 94 consecutive media polls dating back to October 2012.
