Jaseni Maidinsa, Chief Executive Officer, PBA Holdings Bhd (PBAHB) and Perbadanan Bekalan Air Pulau Pinang Sdn Bhd (PBAPP) PDC DEVELOPMENT PROJECT: OVERNIGHT SCHEDULED WATER SUPPLY INTERRUPTION AT JALAN BUKIT TAMBUN, SEBERANG PERAI SELATAN, FOR 900MM PIPE DIVERSION WORKS. • Time/Day/Date : 10.00pm on Saturday, 5.1.2019, to 10.00am on Sunday, 6.1.2019. • Affected : 12,000 people in 8 areas. • Reason : 900mm MS pipeline shutdown to accommodate pipe diversion works for PDC’s development scheme. PENANG, Thursday, 27.12.2018): There will be a scheduled water supply interruption at Jalan Bukit Tambun, Seberang Prai Selatan (SPS), from 10.00pm on Saturday, 5.1.2019, to 10.00am on Sunday, 6.1.2019. Perbadanan Bekalan Air Pulau Pinang Sdn Bhd (PBAPP) will shut down a 900mm MS (mild steel) water pipeline to facilitate pipe diversion works at Penang Development Corporation (PDC)’s development scheme. This pipeline shutdown will cause a 12-hour overnight water supply interruption that will affect about 12,000 residents in the following areas in SPS: 1 Tambun Seafood Village 5 Taman Intan Cempaka 2 Stadium Batu Kawan 6 Taman Mutiara Tanjung 3 Taman Merpati Indah 7 Villa Tanjung Permai 4 Taman Mutiara Cempaka 8 Taman Nilam Tanjung Please refer to the map in ‘Appendix A’ that indicates all affected areas.
