Anti-UBE2Z monoclonal antibody (DCABH-13898) This product is for research use only and is not intended for diagnostic use. PRODUCT INFORMATION Antigen Description Modification of proteins with ubiquitin (UBB; MIM 191339) or ubiquitin-like proteins controls many signaling networks and requires a ubiquitin activating enzyme (E1), a ubiquitin conjugating enzyme (E2), and a ubiquitin protein ligase (E3). UBE2Z is an E2 enzyme (Jin et al., 2007 [PubMed 17597759]). Immunogen A synthetic peptide of human UBE2Z is used for rabbit immunization. Isotype IgG Source/Host Rabbit Species Reactivity Human Purification Protein A Conjugate Unconjugated Applications Western Blot (Transfected lysate); ELISA Size 1 ea Buffer In 1x PBS, pH 7.4 Preservative None Storage Store at -20°C or lower. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
