ON-SITE REGISTRATION Participants’ validation and on-site registration will be possible at the conference secretariat, starting on Wednesday, May 8, according to the Secretariat Program. BADGES Badges are issued for all registered conference participants, for their accompanying persons and mass-media representatives. Access to conference rooms, to the medical exhibition and to any area that is connected to the event is granted strictly on the basis of the name badges. CERTIFICATES OF ATTENDANCE AND GRADUATION Certificates of Attendance and Graduation will be handed over to the participants on May 11, starting at 09:30, at the conference secretariat. 27 SCIENTIFIC SECRETARIAT The Scientific Secretariat will be opened beginning with Wednesday, May 8, and will function within the conference secretariat. This is where conference presentations are handed over to ensure the appropriate running of the program. ORAL PRESENTATIONS Materials for oral presentations must be handed over to the Scientific Secretariat at least 2 hours before the presentation, with the clear specification of the presentation title, name of the session, conference room, day and the hour of the presentation.
