This semester is your opportunity to sing or play the world famous Carmina Burana (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IBkvA4kV1ME) by Carl Orff with the Claremont Concert Choir and the Claremont Concert Orchestra. Choir is calling especially tenors and basses, but also auditioning sopranos and altos. Qualified orchestral players are also encouraged to audition. Claremont Concert Choir (MUS 173 for 0.5 CR or 1 CR at HMC) regularly rehearses Mondays and Wednesdays, 4:15-5:30 p.m. Ability to carry a tune and sing in tune is a must, but music reading is not necessary. More advanced singers and musicians may also be interested in auditioning for the Claremont Chamber Choir.
