All members of your media will be provided with programs, game notes, media guides, and other pertinent information. Abbreviated statistics are available at the conclusion of each quarter/half and full game statistics are available post-game. Wireless internet, telephones, and a fax machine are available throughout the game. Soccer/Track All home soccer and track events are located at the Osborne Stadium and the Matthes-Hopkins Track Complex on the main campus of Liberty University. Parking for the Osborne Stadium is located in PM-16 below the stadium. Stadium Information *There will be no pets allowed Locker rooms Locker rooms are located on the bottom floor of the Luurtsema Center. A member of the game operations staff will be available to show you to the locker rooms upon arrival. Practices Please contact a member of the coaching staff to set up a practice time. Ticket Information Up to 75 complimentary tickets are available for visiting teams for regular season athletic events. Visiting teams will be invoiced $5/ticket for any tickets used over the 75 available. Pass lists will be provided and will be in your locker room upon arrival. Please return the pass list to the South Ticket Booth (across from the bookstore) 90 minutes before game time. Seats are general admission and are available on a first-come, first- serve basis. Player guests who are receiving tickets must sign for their ticket and provide valid photo identification. Everyone must sign for their own ticket. Guests will not receive tickets unless they have valid photo identification. Guests who are not on the pass list will have to purchase a ticket. This is an NCAA policy and there will be no exceptions to this rule. Take 460 East to Lynchburg. 29 North will merge with 460 East. One mile later, take the Liberty University/Candler’s Mountain Road/Route 670 exit, which will be on your right. Go straight through the stop sign and make your first right, crossing the bridge onto the main Liberty University campus. Turn Left onto University Blvd. Turn right onto Stadium Drive just past Williams Stadium. The main entrance to Osborne Stadium is located on Stadium Drive on the right. Turn into the first parking lot. A member of the game operations staff will be available to show you where to park. From 29 North (From Danville, Va.) Take 29 North to Lynchburg. After passing the Lynchburg Regional Airport on left, merge right onto 29 North/460 East. Go one mile to the Liberty University/Candler’s Mountain Road/Route 670 exit, which will be on your right. Go straight through the stop sign and make your first right, crossing the bridge onto the main Liberty University campus. Turn Left onto University Blvd. Turn right onto Stadium Drive just past Williams Stadium. The main entrance to Osborne Stadium is located on Stadium Drive on the right. Turn into the first parking lot. A member of the game operations staff will be available to show you where to park. From 29 South (From Charlottesville) Take 29 South toward Lynchburg. Merge onto 29 South/ 460 West toward Lynchburg/Danville. Take the second Candler’s Mountain Road exit, entitled Candler’s Mountain Road/ University Blvd. Turn left at the light onto University Blvd. Make the first right onto Stadium Road just past the South gate of Williams Stadium. Osborne Stadium is located just west of Williams Stadium on Stadium Road. Turn into the first parking lot. A member of the game operations staff will be available to show you where to park. From 460 West (From Richmond) Take 460 West to Lynchburg. 29 South will merge with 460 West just outside of Lynchburg. Take the second Candler’s Mountain Road exit, entitled Candler’s Mountain Road/ University Blvd. Turn left at the light onto University Blvd. Make the first right onto Stadium Road just past the South gate of Williams Stadium. Osborne Stadium is located just west of Williams Stadium on Stadium Road. Turn into the first parking lot. A member of the game operations staff will be available to show you where to park. www.LibertyFlames.com Osborne Stadium Emergency Plan OSBORNE STADIUM (TRACK AND FIELD/SOCCER/LACROSSE) Emergency Personnel: Certified Athletic Trainers (ATC) and athletic training students on-site for practices and competitions; additional sports medicine staff accessible from Hancock Athletic Training Room or Williams Stadium Fieldhouse Athletic Training Room. Emergency Communication: ATCs carry cellular telephones. Fixed telephone lines are located in Hancock Athletic Training Room, (434) 582-7458 and (434) 582-2414 and in Williams Stadium Fieldhouse Athletic Training Room, (434) 582-2454 and (434) 582-2744. Emergency Equipment: Vacuum splints, crutches, AED, and blood borne pathogen supplies are available on the sideline during competition and practice. Additional supplies are located in the athletic training rooms located in the Hancock Athletic Training Room and Williams Stadium Fieldhouse Athletic Training Room.
