Uncovered demand is projected by UxC to increase significantly over the next 10 years. Producers such as Cameco and Kazatomprom are unwilling to enter into Long Term Contract’s at current prices, thus applying upward pressure to the current spot inventories. • The current spot price of $32.50 is still well below the average all-in cost of production ($40) and well below the price ($55) needed to bring new production to on line. In 2010, utilities were contracting for up to 250m lbs The uranium sector has experienced 8 periods of upside price activity since 2003 where the spot price has spiked over a short period of time. The average price increase of these 8 bull cycles was 58% over a period of 6 months. • The new Sprott Physical Uranium Trust is another indication that the uranium sector is on the rise. Sprott has just over 18m lbs. of physical uranium, which will increase (40m) as the fund raises additional capital. Physical uranium is the only commodity they will hold in this trust, and all funds raised will be directed to uranium spot market purchases. The project is located in the south-west area of the Athabasca Basin, where recent massive high-grade discovery at Fission Uranium’s PLS property and NexGen Energy’s Rook properties are located. • 38 claims covering 39,946 ha are located immediately adjacent and to the north of Fission Uranium’s PLS Triple R uranium deposit. • Multiple drill targets remain untested on the property. Key Lake Road Projects • Lazy Edward Bay: Is made up of 11 claims totaling 1,828 ha. Located between the historic Key Lake Mine and Cameco’s Centennial deposit. • Near the edge of the basin, the depth of targets at Lazy Edward Bay are shallow, giving a huge advantage of inexpensive exploration. • High potential for a near surface high grade uranium discovery. TSX-V : FUU OTCQB : FISOF | www.fission3corp.com | @fission3corp 8 Fission 3 – Key Exploration Prospects NE Athabasca Basin Projects • Cree Bay: Made up of 16 claims totaling 14,080 ha, located on the inside edge of the northern Athabasca Basin. • The historic Nisto uranium deposit is located 13km to the north of Cree Bay. • The property was flown with high resolution magnetic and radiometric surveys, which were followed up with DCIP Resistivity and Time Domain EM ground geophysics. • Next step is to do a ground geophysical program at Cree Bay. Murphy Lake: Claims parallel to the IsoEnergy Hurricane deposit. • Excellent JV opportunity Beaverlodge Area Projects • Hearty Bay: Made up of 6 mineral claims totaling 10,604ha. • The property surrounds the historic Isle Brochet radioactive sandstone boulder trains. • 1km long dispersal trains containing up to 8% uranium. • F3 technical team to trace location of the uranium source with select drill targets. This target-rich property is very much about location, location, location. • Great JV opportunity. • Multiple drill targets remain untested on the property: 1. Broach Lake conductor trend which is 5km and parallel to the PLS structural corridor, host to the Triple R and Arrow uranium deposits. 2. Chimney Target on the folded ‘N’ Conductor system. The chimney is a resistivity low zone, interpreted to indicated clay alteration in the lower part of the sandstone immediately above the wide complex ‘N’ Conductor system. Such alteration features are known to be associated with high grade unconformity uranium mineralization. 3. Follow up drilling of the prospective A1 conductor trend towards the south. TSX-V : FUU OTCQB : FISOF | www.fission3corp.com | @fission3corp 12 Key Lake Road Projects Wollaston-Mudjatic Transition Zone in eastern Athabasca Basin is one of the most important trends of high-grade uranium projects in the world. Key Lake area is a historically important mining area and home of the Key Lake mill. Fission 3 has four projects totalling 45,109 ha in this area, all with potential to host near surface high-grade uranium. Lazy Edward Bay is Fission 3.0’s main prospect in Key Lake Road. ATHABASCA BASIN TSX-V : FUU OTCQB : FISOF | www.fission3corp.com | @fission3corp 13 KEY EXPLORATION PROJECTS LAZY EDWARD BAY • Lazy Edward Bay is located in the south-eastern margin of the Athabasca Basin, halfway between the historic Key Lake Mine and Cameco’s Centennial deposit. The Key Lake operation, ~50km to the east, was one of the largest and most significant uranium deposits in the Athabasca Basin. • Historic drilling intersected sandstone and basement rocks with strongly altered, bleached, brecciated and sheared basement rocks which are some of the key indicators for nearby high-grade uranium. • Next step is to drill test the high-ranking shallow drill targets (less than 150m deep TSX-V : FUU OTCQB : FISOF | www.fission3corp.com | @fission3corp 14 Beaverlodge Area Projects Historical major uranium producing district – 52 mines operating in 1950s and 1960s • 4 projects totaling 68,889 ha in heart of historical mining district.
