No Faxes or Emails Accepted. Terms & Conditions of Kay’s Summer Booking Show 2019 1. Once bookings are submitted, we WILL NOT accept cancellations. The reason for this is that we pre-order and bring in the product on your behalf based on your commitment. 2. You have until April 18th 2019 to book items in catalogue. Catalogues must be submitted by this date – NO EXTENSIONS!!! 3. Please ensure you complete the cover page with your company name, email (for order confirmation), and purchaser contact information. Don’t forget to sign. 4. This year we WILL NOT accept FAXES or EMAIL of the orders. In past, orders have been missed. The book must be returned completed. If you can’t return the book, we will have someone pick it up – just call (902) 566-3232 ext. 1 for pick up. 5. Please pay ATTENTION to the unit – don’t book 18 cases when you only want 18 bottles. When the unit is CASE we will not break the case, you must purchase the case! 6. Orders will be shipped beginning middle of May, middle of June, and middle of July. If you are a regular customer, it will be delivered on your cycle of delivery. 7. You MUST take your full delivery of what was booked for each month in ONE delivery. You cannot draw from it as needed. This causes too much administration, tracking and room for error. 8. Some products are limited in quantity. First-come – First-serve. This is due to supplier’s limited allocation to us. Early bird gets the worm! 9. We will send confirmation of your order for the month of May, June, and July to the email indicated on the front cover of the catalogue submitted. 10. Every effort is made to ensure pricing is correct. However, there may be instances where pricing may change due to unforeseen price changes or errors.
