Note: No reference to the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet is required for the transfer of an officer approved for an appointment to any post included in entry 6, 7, 9, 10, 12 or 13 above to another post included in the same entry."; (2) against "Deoartment of Atomic Energy" in the first col umn , - (i) for entries 2 and 3, the following entry shall be substituted, namely:- "2(a) Appointment, whether salaried or not, of Chairman and other members .... 4/- - 4 •. of the Board of Management(including the Managing-Director and the Financial Adviser, if the Financial Adviser is o memebr of the Board of Manangement) of any State-owned public corporation, company or enterprise and of General Manager of any constituent unit of any State-owned public corporation; and (b) Employment of any person who has attained the age of 58 years in any State-owned public corporation, company or enterprise, where the pay (including pension and pensionary equivalent of retirement benefits) proposed to be fixed for such person, exceeds Rs.2500.00 per mensem."; (ii) the existing entry 4 shall be re-numbered as entry 3: (3) against "All other Departments" in the first tolumn1 for entries 2 and 3, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:- "2(a)• Appointment, whether salaried or not, of - (i)Chairman and other members of the Board of Management (including the Managing-DLrector and the Financial Adviser, if the Financial Adviser is a member .5/- - 5 - I of the Board of Management) of any State-owned public corporation, company or enterprise; {ii)General Manager of any constituent unit of any State-owned publ:i.c corporation; and (iii)Governor and any of the Deputy Governors of the Reserve Bank of India; (b) Employment of any person who has attained the age of 58 years in any State-owned public corporation, company or enterprise where the pay (including pension and pensionary equivalent of retirement benefits) proposed to be fixed for such person exceeds Rs.2500.00 per mensem. 3, Appointment to any post in the Air India Corporation or the Indian Airlines Corporation which requires approval of the Central Government under the provisions of the Air Corporations Act, l953(27of 1953)."
