The purpose is to undertake works in a TRCA Regulated Area of the Humber River Watershed in order to facilitate the construction of a 12 single family dwellings on Lots 80 to 92 and one single family dwelling on Block 145/99 associated with a residential subdivision development on Haviland Circle, in the City of Brampton. 74 3 CITY OF PICKERING EX10.3 1452 HIGHBUSH TRAIL To construct, reconstruct, erect or place a building or structure on Part Lot 135, Plan 816, (1452 Highbush Trail), in the City of Pickering, Petticoat Creek Watershed. The purpose is to develop within a Regulated Area of the Petticoat Creek watershed to facilitate construction of a replacement two-storey dwelling. 76 EX10.4 645 BREEZY DRIVE To alter a shoreline on Part Lot 3, Plan 811, (645 Breezy Drive), in the City of Pickering, Frenchman's Bay Watershed. The purpose is to repair a existing and failing shoreline retaining wall along Frenchman's Bay. 77 CITY OF TORONTO [ETOBICOKE YORK COMMUNITY COUNCIL AREA] EX10.5 6 SPEARS STREET To construct, reconstruct, erect or place a building or structure, change a building or structure so that it alters its use or potential use, increases its size or increases the number of dwelling units and site grade on Lot 1, 2, Plan 1427, (6 Spears Street), in the City of Toronto (Etobicoke York Community Council Area), Humber River Watershed. The purpose is to construct a detached garage and a deck to the rear of the existing semi-detached dwelling at 6 Spears Street in the City of Toronto (Etobicoke York Community Council Area). The existing shed and rear deck are to be removed. 79 EX10.6 34 NORANDA DRIVE To construct, reconstruct, erect or place a building or structure, site grade and temporarily or permanently place, dump or remove any material, originating on the site or elsewhere on Lot 129, Plan 3578, (34 Noranda Drive), in the City of Toronto (Etobicoke York Community Council Area), Humber River Watershed. The purpose is to construct a new two-storey single family detached dwelling with integral garage and rear patio at 34 Noranda Drive in the City of Toronto (Etobicoke York Community Council Area). The existing dwelling and detached garage are to be demolished. 80 4 EX10.7 GLENDARLING ROAD, VALECREST ROAD, BELL ROYAL COURT To construct, reconstruct, erect or place a building or structure, temporarily or permanently place, dump or remove any material, originating on the site or elsewhere and alter a watercourse on , (Glendarling Road, Valecrest Road, Bell Royal Court - near Royal York Road and Eglinton Avenue West), in the City of Toronto (Etobicoke York Community Council Area), Humber River Watershed as located on the property owned by City of Toronto. The purpose is to install a sanitary sewer along Glendarling Road and Valecrest Drive, and between Bell Royal Court and Bearwood Drive. The proposed will involve installing a 250mm diameter sanitary sewer pipe using directional drilling technology for sections underneath the watercourse. A Letter of Advice regarding mitigation of negative impacts will be written by TRCA staff on behalf of the Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO). 82 EX10.8 39 MEADOWCREST ROAD To change a building or structure so that it alters its use or potential use, increases its size or increases the number of dwelling units on Lot 11, Plan 3999, (39 Meadowcrest Road), in the City of Toronto (Etobicoke York Community Council Area), Mimico Creek Watershed. The purpose is to construct a two-storey rear addition and second storey addition to the existing single family detached dwelling at 39 Meadowcrest Road in the City of Toronto (Etobicoke York Community Council Area). 85 EX10.9 78 ELLIS PARK ROAD To construct, reconstruct, erect or place a building or structure, change a building or structure so that it alters its use or potential use, increases its size or increases the number of dwelling units, site grade and temporarily or permanently place, dump or remove any material, originating on the site or elsewhere on Part Lot 339, Plan M-438, (78 Ellis Park Road), in the City of Toronto (Etobicoke York Community Council Area), Humber River watershed. The purpose is to construct a new two-storey single family detached dwelling with integral garage at 78 Ellis Park Road in the City of Toronto (Etobicoke York Community Council Area). The existing dwelling is to be demolished. 86 EX10.10 16 BEAUCOURT ROAD To construct, reconstruct, erect or place a building or structure on Lot 25, Plan 3648, Part 1 Plan 64R9977, (16 Beaucourt Road), in the City of Toronto (Etobicoke York Community Council Area), Mimico Creek Watershed. The purpose is to construct an upper deck and a partial lower deck to the rear of the existing single family detached dwelling at 16 Beaucourt Road in the City of Toronto (Etobicoke York Community Council Area). A portion of the existing rear deck is to be removed. 88 5 EX10.11 ISLINGTON GOLF CLUB LTD. To construct, reconstruct, erect or place a building or structure and change a building or structure so that it alters its use or potential use, increases its size or increases the number of dwelling units on Lot 8, 9, 10, Concession A 11, 12 Plan 3390, 2451, (45 Riverbank Drive), in the City of Toronto (Etobicoke York Community Council Area), Mimico Creek Watershed as located on the property owned by Islington Golf Club Ltd.. The purpose is to construct two raised patios at the southwest and northwest corners of the existing clubhouse building at Islington Golf Club municipally described 45 Riverbank Drive in the City of Toronto (Etobicoke York Community Council Area). 90 EX10.12 123 WESTBURY CRESCENT To construct, reconstruct, erect or place a building or structure and site grade on Part Lot 767, 768, Plan 2008, (123 Westbury Crescent), in the City of Toronto (Etobicoke York Community Council Area), Humber River Watershed.
