Treasurer 4 PRESIDENT’S CORNER ATTENDANCE 25 Dear Fellow Rotarians, In two days time, your club will be hosting The Rotary Foundation Recognition Gala Night on Saturday, November 16, 2019 at 5:00 pm at the Grand Ballroom, Coral Wing of OKADA MANILA in Parañaque City, the same place where we held our Centennial Gala. The registration is at 4:00 pm. I urge every member to make your club proud by attending this event. A lot of effort, work, sweat and money have gone into assuring that this event would be a big success. It has been many years since the Rotary Club of Ma- nila was asked to host this annual event. This is a call for your support and a call for your attendance. Today, we have a very special guest, one of the top technocrats of the country, the Secretary of the De- partment of Agriculture, William Dar. He is not only highly respected in his chosen field, but, also, known for his integrity, ability, and his sense of successful completion of his objectives. I am looking forward to listening and learning from the Honorable Secretary. I also call on all members of the University of the Philippines Alumni Association to come together and support their University President, Atty.
