To ensure the safety of devotees, priests, and volunteers we request all devotees to read the guidelines on page 8 and follow them. We are requesting the devotees to sign up using the link for darshan and pujas. https://www.signupgenius.com/go/10c0448adaa28a6fd0-temple Darshan Timings Weekends: 9:30 am to 10:30 am and 5 pm to 6 pm Weekdays: 6 pm to 7 pm Devotees can sign up and attend scheduled pujas through signup genius. Once you receive confirmation, note your time and come to the temple 10 mins before your scheduled time slot. If you are late call (804)346-9954. The safe and restricted reopening of Temple – Guidelines for Devotees Steps to follow for devotees: • Devotees wishing to have darshan or pray during designated hours must sign up in an available slot via signup genius link on temple website. https://www.signupgenius.com/go/10c0448adaa28a6fd0-temple • Only small groups (<20) at a time will be permitted to have darshan and pray. Devotees and volunteers will follow social distancing (6 feet separation) on HCV premises. • No interaction between priests & devotees except to provide information for Archana. Safe distance (6’) must be maintained between priests, devotees & other devotees. • All devotees need to come with face masks and wear them all the time in HCV premises. Temple will provide masks for a nominal donation if needed. • Shoes should be left outside the main temple. • Devotees will enter through the main door and exit through the glass doors next to the temple office. • Temple darshan slots are for 15 minutes. No theertam, shadari, or prasad at this time • No food, fruits, flowers or prasadam offering will be permitted in the temple • Attending scheduled pujas: devotees (20-25) must sit in front of the puja deity maintaining 6’ distance. Devotees must not get up and wander around or leave during the puja. No interaction with the priests is allowed & safe distance must be maintained from the priests even if devotees need to provide information for Archana. Attending Special Family pujas: devotees must send an email & coordinate with [email protected]. Only 1 family (living in one home) may attend. Puja will be performed by priest in the havan area. Devotees must sit 6’ distance from the priest. Devotees must not get up and wander around or leave during the puja. Once you receive confirmation, note your time and come to the temple 10 mins before. If you are late call (804)346-9954 Additional steps to follow while at the Temple • Please remember to arrive at your assigned time, not before; to ensure social distancing. • Enter the Temple through the main door (from dwajasthambam). Leave your shoes outside the temple. • Wash your hands in the restroom. Ensure you maintain social distancing (6ft distance). • While leaving the temple leave through the glass door next to the office. • Max less than 20-25 devotees – 15 mins each batch. • Devotees are required to wear mask at all times in the temple • Devotees sit and pray in the designated areas. • Devotees must not touch any objects while on HCV premises. • Please have your young children close to you at all times Thanks September 5 Club 500 Greetings Devotees!
