S T A T E O F M I C H I G A N BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF ALLEGAN December 10, 2015 CENTRAL DISPATCH—APPROVE RADIO SYSTEM REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL WHEREAS, on February 12, 2015, the Allegan County Board of Commissioners incorporated the replacement of the central dispatch radio system into the capital plan for 211.8 Central Dispatch Capital Funds; and WHEREAS, on July 9, 2015, the Allegan County Board of Commissioners awarded the radio consultant bid to ACD Telecom, whom assisted in drafting the request for proposal to purchase and implement a replacement Public Safety Radio Systems; and THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the County Board of Commissioners approves the radio system scope of work/request for proposal, as attached; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Administrator is authorized to make any necessary changes to the proposal consistent with the general scope that has been reviewed by the Board of Commissioners.
