Wide Bay Buccaneer - Sponsorship Packages THE WIDE BAY BUCCANEERS The Wide Bay Buccaneers is a community run football club that is representing Regional Queensland in the Football Queensland Premier League. Our goal is to ensure there is a pathway for Regional Queensland footballers from grassroots community football, through to the A-League and national representation. The Buccaneers have fielded seven teams in the QPL; these are Senior Men’s, U20, U18, U16, U15, U14 and U13. The Buccaneers QPL will be playing home and away games against the following clubs: QPL Teams - 2018 • Sunshine Coast Wanderers; • Southside Eagles; • Peninsula Power; • Mitchelton FC; • Wolves FC; • Souths United; • Logan Lightning FC; • Ipswich Knights; • Rochedale Rovers; • Capalaba FC; • Eastern Suburbs and • Holland Park Hawks. A total of 12 home games will be played within the Wide Bay which will see football clubs with thousands of players, coaches, support staff, families and spectators visiting our region during the season. This is a major boost for the region and an opportunity to develop invaluable football development pathways.
