The flood waters subsided at 7:30 PM • Twenty (20) houses were damaged and the 20 families evacuated to the designated evacuation centers at the height of the flood Actions Taken • CDRRMC Valencia City and Rescue Team conducted ocular survey and rapid damage assessment and needs analysis in the area • CDRRMC thru CSWD Valencia City extended relief/food assistance to the affected families • RDRRMC X is continuously monitoring the situation B. Fire Incidents in NCR Caloocan City • On or about 9:30 AM, 10 November 2011, a fire incident involving a residential house and a school building occurred at 120 Int. Malonzo St. corner Samson Road, Caloocan City • The estimated cost of damages was placed at more or less one (1) Million pesos • One person identified as Edgardo Agapito suffered laceration at the right knee • The cause of fire is still under investigation Action Taken • BFP Caloocan and other fire volunteers have responded to the fire scene Valenzuela City • On or about 3:15 PM, 10 November 2011, a fire incident involving a warehouse, occurred at 1020 Don Pablo Subd., Brgy. Mechanical Accident (Caterpillar Ride) in Valenzuela City • On or about 09:45 PM, 09 November 2011, a mechanical accident occurred along McArthur Hi-way corner A. Pablo St., Brgy. Karuhatan, Valenzuela City. • The couch of Caterpillar Ride at the Mini Carnival was detached from its hold which caused the victims to be ejected from the couch • Neil Rapol E. Abad, 41 years old, died on the spot while nine (9) others were injured and brought to the hospital Action Taken • Valenzuela rescue teams, Barangay rescue team, and CSI of Valenzuela City headed by CSI Quiñonez have responded to the incident D. Tornado • On or about 5:30 PM, 10 November 2011, a tornado incident occurred at Quiajo, Pres. Roxas, Capiz. Said incident at the sea shore between Pres.
